FOOTBALANCE

CUSTOM INSOLES

FootBalance has its own foot assessment system, which makes it possible to assess an individual’s foot type through an individual analysis, so that custom insoles can be made to improve posture, reduce pain and provide other benefits.

The concept is based on an innovative moulding system, which means the custom insoles can be made in just a few minutes. FootBalance insoles are moulded in the neutral position, thereby improving the biomechanics of the foot joints.

Adequate foot support contributes to improved joint stability, thus providing a solid base for body weight and healthy functioning of the feet themselves.

Custom insoles are compatible with all types of footwear and help to correct and improve posture, minimise pain and support sport

Get to know your feet

FootBalance foot analysis identifies your foot type, while FootBalance custom insoles are moulded individually to your feet to support them in a neutral position, so that you have a balanced and correct posture.

FOOT MISALIGNMENT

In this respect, more than 75% of the population suffers from misalignment, such as excessive pronation or excessive supination. The effects can be felt throughout the body, in muscle and joint pain as well as in more serious injuries.

COMMON FOOT TYPES

Find out yours!

Excessive Supination

When the foot rolls inwards excessively, distributing weight unevenly. It is, therefore, one of the most common foot misalignments.

Excessive pronation

When the foot tilts outwards. As a result, weight is distributed along the outside. Also known as underpronation, supination thus reduces the body’s natural ability to absorb impact.

Neutral

The foot and the ankle maintain a straight line. Weight is distributed evenly across the foot and heel.

COMMON FOOT ARCHES

Your arches are your natural shock absorbers!

Collapsed Arch

Collapsed medial arches can lead to poor foot function. Instability or low shock absorption can, in this way, result in pain and increase the likelihood of injury. These problems can be alleviated with the proper arch support of FootBalance dynamic custom insoles.

Normal Arch

A normal arch type is generally good at absorbing shock, but there may still be a likelihood of overpronation, especially if arch types differ from the right to the left foot. FootBalance custom insoles are moulded individually to each foot, thus helping to maintain healthy arches and to provide support whether or not you have a neutral foot type.

Low Arch

Low medial arches can lead to excessive foot movement, instability or poor shock absorption. FootBalance custom insoles can help by properly supporting the arches to prevent them from dropping further.

High Arch

A high-arched foot is generally very rigid and inflexible, thereby increasing supination. This results in low shock absorption. FootBalance custom insoles are dynamic (flexible), offering superior cushioning, improved shock absorption and deep heel support, which helps the foot to pronate normally.
