Isoinercial technology goes beyond traditional training systems – it introduces the value of speed alongside the notion of force.
The exploration of concentric (contraction of the muscle) and eccentric (extension of the muscle) phases improves muscle activation, decreases muscle stress, and combines power expressed with speed and movement. The result is a training system capable of preventing injury, increasing strength, and accelerating recovery.
Several studies on elite athletes and scientific articles validate the effects of eccentric work. In sports, this eccentric work reproduces the effort of the movement; in rehabilitation, it prevents a muscular imbalance, speeding up recovery; in fitness, it allows a balanced, high-intensity workout.
Desmotec Academy
The DESMOTEC Academy is a network of multidisciplinary professionals – health and exercise professionals – committed to improving the isoinertial training method and sharing the knowledge and benefits of its use, in partnership with universities, clinics, clubs and sports federations.
The DAC – Desmotec Accredited Centres can be defined as the true branch of the Academy. Trainers, physiotherapists, clubs and clinics can optimize their skills and become ambassadors of the DTS – Desmotec Training System by participating in specific training courses conducted by the Academy’s experts, in person or via webinar.

E.BOARD is an innovative and complete transportable assessment platform suitable for physiotherapy and sports. A new device that allows you to perform different tests and exercises before the beginning of the training session.
